(June 27, 2024 Update) Howdy Wranglers!

Good news: network services are being restored and our team has access to the student information system on campus. This means we will begin processing the registration (add/drop), admissions and transcript requests submitted via email over the last week.

Registration is open! You can now register for summer 2 and the fall semester. New students can use ApplyTexas to complete the admissions application. However, ApplyTexas has planned maintenance tonight from 7 PM to midnight.

We will continue to update you as additional services are restored. Your learning and our work continues! Please continue to use this link to directly access campus resources and departmental email. Or, come see us on campus; we would love to see you!

 


 

(June 24, 2024 Update) Howdy Wranglers!

Good news: the website is up!

However, because the network systems are offline for maintenance, access may be limited. Restoration of network services will begin this week.

In the meantime, click through the website and use this link to access campus resources directly. Services and transaction are still limited, but our work continues.

Regarding Refunds:

Because the network is offline, the college was unable to process MayMester and Summer 1 refunds via direct deposits or mail. Students who were scheduled to receive a financial aid refund should receive a text message and Blackboard pop-up with instructions to pick up paper checks in the Wrangler Express Center 730 am – 7 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am – 5 pm Friday. The checks must be picked up in person; valid ID is required. Students may not send a proxy.

BEFORE YOU GO: call Wrangler Express Center to determine if you have a check ready for pick up.
